Willis W. Patenaude Sr.

January 22, 1933 — January 15, 2018

Willis W. Patenaude Sr., 84 of Copake Falls, NY died on Monday January 15, 2018 at the Gt. Barrington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Quebec, Canada on January 22, 1933 the son of Elmer and Clare Patenaude.

He was the former owner and operator of Patenaude and Sons Station in Craryville and had also been a driver for the former Pine Lane Poultry in Hillsdale.

Willis enjoyed wrestling and cars but most of all working hard and providing for his family to the best of his ability.

He was pre deceased by his wife Rosemarie J. (Bradley) Patenaude in 1998 and a son Alan Patenaude in 2001.

Survivors include his children, Anthony Patenaude of Joplin, MO; Willis Patenaude Jr. of Cherry Valley, NY; David Patenaude of Buffalo, NY; Mary Burntitus of Hillsdale; Diana Patenaude of Chatham; Tina Winters of Philmont and Amy Kauffmann of Summit, NY. He also leaves 20 grandchildren, several great grandchildren along with many siblings.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday January 19, 2018 at 10 AM from the Parish of Our Lady of Hope, 8074 State Route 22 in Copake Falls, NY with Rev. George Brennan officiating.

Friends are invited and may call on Thursday January 18, 2018 from 4 - 6 PM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 8063 State Route 22 in Copake, NY.

Spring interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Braintree, VT.
