Thomas W. Wadman

Thomas W. Wadman, 73 of Copake, NY died on Tuesday December 7, 2010 at the Whittier Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Ghent, NY.

He was born on November 30, 1937 in Taghkanic, NY the son of George V. and Clara (Funk) Wadman.

Mr. Wadman was a veteran having served with the United States Air Force.

He retired in 1999 as the head of the maintenance department at the Pine Haven Home in Philmont, NY. Previously he had been employed by Charter Supply also in Philmont.

Thomas was an outdoorsman and also enjoyed playing video games with his family.

On March 20, 1982 in West Copake he married Paula D. (Hornung) Wadman who survives him at home.

Surviving besides his wife is a daughter, Carla Wadman of Copake and a son and daughter in law, William and Jennifer Wadman of King's Bay, GA. He also leaves a grandaughter, Makayla Wadman and two children from a previous marriage. Additionally, a sister Clare Mossman of Hudson, NY along with nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited and may call on Sunday December 12, 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 8063 State Route 22 in Copake, NY.

His funeral service will be held on Monday December 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in the West Copake Cemetery.
