Sharon, CT - Stephen "Ed" Mylock, 75, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.
He was born in Sharon, CT on March 26, 1939 the son of Stephen Mylock and Bertha (McGhee) Mylock.
Mr. Mylock honorably served his country in the United States Army.
He worked at K & E Scribe Corporation in Millerton, for thirty three years. His second career began as a plumber for Taylor Oil & Propane in Dover Plains, where he was still employed after twenty plus years.
On June 15, 1962 in Sharon, CT he married Judith (Meuten) Mylock. She predeceased him on February 21, 2010.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Miller and her husband David C. Miller of Sharon, CT; a son, Eddie Don Mylock of Sharon, CT; a grandson, David P. Miller of Sharon, CT; a brother-in-law, Donald Meuten of North Carolina; three sisters, Shirley Stang of Ancram, NY; Cindy Thomas of Wassaic, NY; Terri Proper of Copake, NY; a brother, James Mylock of Dover Plains, NY; several nieces and nephews.
He was also predeceased by a sister, Pauline Rothvoss.
There are no calling hours.
Funeral service and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
