Ruthanne Simone

Ruthanne Simone - Kramer, 65 a former resident of Pine Plains, NY passed away on Saturday May 17. 2014 at Skyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Croton on Hudson, NY.

She was born on June 4, 1948 in Peekskill, NY the daughter of Dorothy (Bauer) Simone of Yonkers, NY and the late Joseph Simone.

Ruthanne had been employed as a receptionist for Dr. Bruce Janelli in Canaan, CT.

A free spirit, she enjoyed classic movies, the music of Engelbert Humperdinck, trips to Atlantic City and was a big fan of Betty Boop.

Surviving besides her mother are her sons, Ernest Luciano and Marc Luciano both of Hudson, NY. She also leaves a sister, Pamela Campana of Yonkers and a brother, Joseph Simone of Florida.

She was pre deceased by her son Edward Luciano in 1983.

Friends are invited and may call on Tuesday May 27, 2014 from 10 - 11 AM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, S. Main St. in Pine Plains, NY.

Funeral services will begin at 11 AM with the Rev. William Mayhew of the Faith Bible Chapel officiating.

Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Pine Plains.
