Rose Marie Johnson

Milan, NY - Rose Marie Johnson, 79, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at home with her loving family at her side.

She was born on March 13, 1936 in Poughkeepsie, NY the daughter of Alexander and Gladys (Morgan) Horne.

Mrs. Johnson was a nurse's aide.

Survivors include her three daughters, Lynda Lee (Randy) Klawson of Milan, NY; Victoria Lynn Johnson of Milan, NY; Ginny (Chuck) Majors-Myers of Germantown, NY; a son, LeRoy H.(Heather) Johnson Jr. of Milan, NY; two sisters, Helen Schaffer of Poughkeepsie, NY; Beatrice Bailey of Penn Yan, NY; two brothers, Frank Horne of Willington, NC; Donald Horne of Florida; fifteen grandchildren, twenty three and a half great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

She was predeceased by her husband, LeRoy H. Johnson Sr. a son, Robert David Johnson, two sisters, Virginia Sucato, Roberta Horne and a brother, Richard Horne.

Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 7749 South Main St. Pine Plains, NY 12567.

Graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday, December 4, at Evergreen Cemetery / Pine Plains, NY.
