Robert P. Mazzuchelli

Robert P. Mazzuchelli, 76 of Copake, NY died Monday, January 31, 2011 at Samuel S. Stratton VAMC in Albany, NY.

He was born May 19, 1934 to the late Peter and Susie (Papa) Mazzuchelli.

After attending Eastchester schools he later served with the US Air Force during the Korean War. He devoted 30 years to law enforcement first as an officer and detective with the Eastchester Police and later the VA Police in Montrose.

He was pre - deceased by his wife of 43 years, Anne (Meyler) Mazzuchelli and his brother, Pete Mazzuchelli.

He is survived by his son, Robert, his daughter and son in law Cathy and Michael Tartaglia of LaGrangeville, his sister Emma Cocozza of Scarsdale, and the greatest joys of his life, his grandchildren Jenna and Dean Mazzuchelli and Dana and Brandon Tartaglia.

The ultimate Sinatra fan, Bob truly lived his life..."his way".
