Paul J. Kuhn

Paul Kuhn died on April 25, 2023 at Ghent Rehabilitation & Nursing Center after battling Parkinson’s disease. Paul was born on June 11, 1950 in Buffalo, NY to Magdeline (Gerstner) Kuhn and John Kuhn. He attended St. Peter & Paul grade school and Bishop Neumann High School. He attended college at Niagara University, SUNY Buffalo, Dutchess Community College and Columbia University where he received his masters degree in physical Therapy. He worked at Taconic Developmental Center as chief physical therapist until his retirement.

Paul was a motorcycle enthusiast, who also wrote articles regarding body mechanics riding a motorcycle. His articles were published in the Motorcycle Consumer News magazine. He also held seminars at motorcycle events, and provided individual consultations to improve riding comfort.

He is survived by his wife Katherine Bainer, of Taghkanic. His sister Mary (Chris) Collins, of Florida, his brothers Steven (Kim) Kuhn, of Virginia, and Jack Kuhn of Maryland. Also surviving are his nieces, Caitlyn Collins, Jill Kuhn, Jamie Kuhn and nephews, Cameron Collins and John Kuhn.
