Michael Edward Limoges

Michael Edward Limoges, 33 of County Route 21C in Ghent, NY and a former resident of Millerton, NY passed away suddenly on Friday February 22, 2013 at his residence.

He was born on March 8, 1979 in Sharon, CT.

Michael held his CDL license and was formerly employed as a laborer with the New York State Department of Transportation at their Martindale Complex.

He was an avid outdoorsmen and hunter and enjoyed watching NASCAR. Michael was also a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post in Millerton for seven years.

On June 20, 2009 in Philmont, NY Michael married Jenna L. (Moore) Limoges who survives him at home.

Surviving besides his wife Jenna is his son Landyn Michael Limoges at home in Ghent and his mother, Donna Carman of Millerton, NY. He also leaves his siblings, Shelly Kaye (Chris) of New Jersey, Paul Limoges of Millerton, NY and Amber Limoges of Albany, NY. Also his maternal grandmother, Ethel LaMere of Millerton, NY and his in laws, Bonnie and Larry Ingham of Ghent, NY.

Michael also leaves his brother in law Jeremy Moore (Jen Valden) of Copake, NY and sister in law, Janelle Oare (Matthew) of Glen, NY. Also his nieces and nephews, Hannah Waldorf - Moore, Killian Waldorf - Moore, Mason Moore, Abigal Kaye and Gavin Kaye. Michael also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends.

He was pre deceased by a son Michael Parker Limoges, grandfather Frances W. LaMere and a niece Skylar Waldorf.

Friends are invited and may call on Tuesday February 26, 2013 from 5 - 8 PM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, Route 22 in Copake, NY.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 27, 2013 at 11 AM at the funeral home. The Rev. Kenneth Coddington will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Pine Plains NY.

Friends are invited to join the family immediately following the interment at the Copake Memorial Park Building.
