Mary Sekely

Mary Sekely, 87 formerly of New York City passed away peacefully at Albany Medical Center on Tuesday April 26, 2016.

Mary was born on Nov. 7, 1928 to Frank and Elizabeth (Thompson) Billerbeck.

Mary enjoyed being with family, doing puzzles and traveling with the Roe Jan Young at Hearters.

In 1954 Mary married Karol Sekely. He predeceased her in 2004. Karol and Mary had 50 years of a loving and enduring marriage.

She was also pre deceased by a daughter, Karolyn Kloepping in 2013.

Survivors include a daughter, Katherine McClellan of Lakeside AZ, a son, Kristopher Sekely of Clinton Corners, son in law Dennis Kloepping & grandson Kyle Kloepping of Upton MA, grandson Cheyne Shaw of St John's Virgin Islands, grandson Miles Carter, Phoenix AZ, & great grand daughter, Delany (Peachy) Stavely.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday May 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 8063 State Route 22 in Copake Falls, NY. The Rev. George Brennan of Our Lady of Hope Parish will officiate

Interment services will also be held on Friday at 3 PM at the Gerald B.H. Solomon National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY.
