Leon John Moody Ii

Leon John Moody II, 77 of Craryville, NY passed away on Saturday December 19, 2015 at Fairview Hospital in Gt. Barrington, MA.

He was born on April 3, 1938 in Lancaster, NH son of the late Leon and Elizabeth (Spang) Moody.

Mr. Moody served with the United States Army from 1961 - 1963.

A lineman, he was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #1249.

He was pre deceased by his wife Mary in 2004.

Survivors include his sons, Leon John Moody III (Tracy) of Churchtown, NY and Andrew R. Slitzker (Lorrie) of Pittsfield, MA along with 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a sister.

Private graveside services with military honors will be held on Wedneday at St. Bridget's Cemetery in Copake Falls with the Rev. George Brennan officiating.
