Katherine Schmidt, 95 a former longtime resident of Hillsdale, NY died on Saturday January 22, 2011 at the Kingston Hospital in Kingston, NY.
She was born on April 18, 1915 in Hillsdale the daughter of Egbert and Margaret (Boland) Vosburgh.
For many years Katherine had been employed by the Ames Department Store in Gt. Barrington, MA.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Private services will be held on Saturday January 29, 2011 at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home in Copake, NY. The Rev. Juanita Middlebrook of the Hillsdale United Methodist Church will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Hillsdale Rural Cemetery.
