Jozsef C. Pinczes

Jozsef C. Pinczes, 58, of Millerton and formerly Florida, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2021 at home. He was born on November 17, 1962 in Sharon CT the son of Jozsef and Ida (Ferris) Pinczes.

Jozsef worked as an arborist for local landscapers. He loved sports and was a true Dallas Cowboys fan through and through. He enjoyed wrestling and watching his favorite tv shows. Both his niece and nephew hold a special place in his heart, and he enjoyed more than anything, spending time with them.

Jozsef is survived by his mother and step father, Ida and Herbert McEathron, of Millerton. His two sisters, Winifred Pinczes and her companion Ronald Weegar, of Winthorp, NY, and Melissa and her husband Bruce Near, of Pine Plains. His niece and nephew Bridget and Bradley Butts and his favorite cousin Joseph Cawley.

He was predeceased by his father Jozsef Pinczes.

Visitation hours for family and friends will be Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00pm from the Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 7749 S. Main St. Pine Plains. A funeral service will begin at 1:00pm also at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Valley View Cemetery in Dover Plains. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jozsef may be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
