Joseph G. Letourneau

Joseph G. Letourneau Jr., 67 of Copake, NY died on  Friday September 4, 2020 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson after a long battle with cancer.

He was born on January 5, 1953 in Gt. Barrington, MA to Joseph and Anna (Pezze) Letourneau.

He was a graduate of Roeliff Jansen Central School, class of 1971.

Joey was an accomplished chef for over 40 years at the Swiss Hutte, Interlaken Inn and many other gourmet restaurants. He enjoyed cooking and teaching his recipes to his family and friends. He also worked as a carpenter for his brother Wayne with Sun Energy Builders both full and part time throughout his career, always having two jobs.

Joey loved sports, riding his motorcycle, fishing and playing golf.

He is survived by his mother Anna, brother Wayne and sisters Joanna and Susan. He also leaves nieces, nephews and great nephews.

He was pre deceased by his wife Joan (Pepino) Letourneau, his father Joseph Sr. and a nephew Beau.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be offered to Cancer Research.
