John Paul Sherman, 63 of County Route 3 in Ancramdale, NY died on Saturday February 8, 2014 at the Sharon Health Care Facility in Sharon, CT.
He was born on July 15, 1950 in Sharon to the late Ralph and Hilda (Hoysradt) Sherman.
A life long area resident, John had been employed on the Rothvoss Farm in Ancramdale.
He is survived by his siblings, Barbara Kelly of Copake, Raymond Sherman of Dover Plains, Steven Sherman of Copake, Ralph Sherman of Millerton, Kathy Sherman of Elizaville, Priscilla Murphy of Ancram and Michael Sherman of Craryville. He also leaves several nieces and nephews and an uncle, Alton Hoysradt of Clermont.
Graveside services will be held in the spring at the Copake Cemetery.
