MILLERTON - Joan B. Sucato of Millerton, NY, 74, passed away on March 3, 2015 at the Charlotte Hunger Ford Hospital in Torrington, CT, after a long battle with cancer.
Born on December 21, 1940 in St. Regis Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Casper and Beatrice (Servant) Palmer.
Joan worked many years as an Aide Wassaic Developmental Center in Wassaic, NY.
Survivors include a son, Timothy LaValley and his wife Courtney of Gallatin, NY; a daughter, Stacy Phynne and her husband Kevin of GA; brothers Gregory Palmer of AR and Randal Palmer of Ballston Spa, NY; as well as 5 grandchildren and many loving great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at the North East Baptist Church on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 3 PM, 1 Maple Avenue, Millerton, NY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 7749 S. Main St. Pine Plains, NY.
