Jane Baker Monteleone, 66 of Copake, NY died on Monday September 23, 2013 at her home.
She was born on September 19, 1947 in Poughkeepsie, NY a daughter of Dora (Bernardo) Reilly Seaver and the late Bernard F. Reilly.
Jane had been employed for over 45 years by Lakeville Precision Molding now known as Ilinois Tool Works in Lakeville, CT.
She enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening and was a lover of animals. Most of all she was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend.
Jane was pre - deceased by the love of her life, husband Nino Monteleone.
Surviving besides her mother are her daughters, Sandie and husband Kevin McCarthy of Sharon, CT and Susan Baker of Copake. She also leaves her grandchildren, Jessica Sherman, Michael Sherman, Kevin Hawver Jr., Kyle McCarthy and Conor McCarthy. In addition her siblings, George Reilly of Copake, Trudy Gildersleeve of Schodack, Catherine Bromley of North Carolina, Bernard Reilly III (Charlotte) of Georgia, David Reilly (Martha) of North Carolina and Joseph Reilly of Newburgh along with several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday September 27, 2013 at 2 PM from the Parish of Our Lady of Hope, Route 22 in Copake Falls, NY. The Rev. George Brennan, pastor will officiate.
