Hugh H. Curry

Hugh H. Curry, 87 of Copake Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday March 22, 2016 at his residence.

He was born on February 28, 1929 in Elmhurst, NY a son of George and Annie (Hagen) Curry.

Prior to his retirement he had been employed as a bookkeeper with the Kraft Foods in New York City.

A true patriot, Hugh proudly served his country with the United States Army during World War II.

He was a communicant of Our Lady of Hope Parish in Copake Falls, NY and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and New York Giants.

Survivors include his wife Mary Ann (Ryder) Curry of Copake Falls and several nieces and nephews. He was pre deceased by 12 siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday March 28, 2016 from Our Lady of Hope Parish where the Rev. George Brennan officiated.

Interment with military honors was in New St. Bridget's Cemetery.
