Howard F. Lynn Sr

Stanfordville, NY - Howard F. Lynn Sr., 69, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Vassar Brother's Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.

He was born in Ellenville, NY on August 23, 1941 the son of the late Audie and Ida (Hutton) Lynn.

Mr. Lynn worked for the Simplex Grinnell Fire Extinguisher Company in Newburgh, NY.

He was a life-member of the Stanford Fire Company.

Survivors include a daughter, Melissa A. Burdick of Elizaville, NY; a sister, Beverly Lord of Hyde Park, NY; three grandchildren, Jerimiah, Dylan and Dominique.

He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Halas and a son, Howard F. Lynn Jr.

Calling hours and burial will be at the convenience of the family.

A memorial service will be celebrated at 1 pm on Saturday, April 9 from the Stanford Fire Company in Stanfordville, NY.

In lieu of Flowers memorial contributions are requested to the Vassar Brothers Dyson Center 45 Reade Place Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
