Freda V. Harpp

Millerton, NY - Freda V. Harpp, 86, of Millerton, NY passed away at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT on Tuesday, November 18, 2014.

She was born June, 21, 1928 in Sharon CT, the daughter of William and Vera (Peck) Houghtaling.

Freda had worked as a therapy aide at the Wassaic Developmental Center for many years.

Her hobbies included crafts, knitting, crocheting, and she enjoyed a good puzzle book.

Freda is predeceased by her husband William L. Harpp in 1994; a son, Robert Harpp; a daughter, Gail Killmer; and a granddaughter, Brenda Hotaling.

Freda is survived by her daughter Beverly MacDonald and her husband William of Millerton, NY as well as four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Friday, November 21, 2014 from 12 to 2 PM at Peck and Peck Funeral Home 7749 South Main St. Pine Plains. The Funeral Service will begin at 2 PM with Rev. William Mayhew officiating.

Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Pine Plains.
