Frank R. Williams Sr

Frank R. Williams Sr., 78 of Benwood Knolls in Millerton, NY died on Saturday September 8, 2012 in Community Hospice at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY.

He was born on March 27, 1934 in Patterson, NY the son of the late Jackson S. and Anna E. (Smith) Williams.

Before his retirement, Mr. Williams had been employed for over 37 years with Berkshire Transformer located in Kent, CT.

Mr. Williams was a huge fan of NASCAR and enjoyed watching and attending the races.

He was pre deceased by his wife Eleanore in 1996.

Survivors include his children, Frank Raymond Williams Jr of Torrington, CT and Susan Williams-Clark and her husband George Clark Jr. of Hillsdale, NY. He also leaves his grandchildren, Sarah Law, Laura Clark, Kenneth Clark, Michael Williams, Kale Williams and Alika Williams along with great grandchildren, Khoe Le, Shayla Williams, Jalen Le, Andrew Clark and Jesse Williams.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday September 13, 2012 at 1 PM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 7749 South Main St. in Pine Plains, NY.

Friends are invited and may call also on Thursday from 11 - 1 PM at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Pine Plains.
