Everett P. Cooney

Unlike his usual style of big entrances and even bigger exits, Everett P. Cooney quietly passed away at home on Saturday March 26, 2011 surrounded by his laughing children, Peter, Nicholas and Alexis as well as his loving wife of 43 years, Marilyn.

Everett P. Cooney grew up in Pelham Manor, NY where he and his 5 brothers and sisters, as well as his three children graced the halls of Pelham High.

A company man, Everett prided himself on his long career in Retail Manangement as Director of the Discount Division for W.T. Grants Co. as well as every endeavor thereafter.

Never to be forgotten, Everett will be remembered for his crazy antics, infectious mischief and unrelenting humor. A wonderful husband and father, Everett was a loyal friend to a fault and will be truly missed.

Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
