Edward G. Kurtz

Livingston, NY - Edward G. Kurtz, 86, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY.

He was born on December 10, 2010 in Syracuse, NY the son of the late Albert and Aurelia (Depan) Kurtz.

He was a member of the Pine Plains First Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Kurtz was the head cook for the food service department at Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Center in Wassaic, NY.

Survivors include a cousin, Timothy and his wife Joan Swartz of Pine Plains, NY; and several other cousins.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Marion E. (Myers) Kurtz. She predeceased him on September 13, 2007.

There are no calling hours.

Graveside services are 11 am on Tuesday, December 14, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Pine Plains, NY with Rev. Carol Miller officiating.
