Dennis E. Reilly

Pine Plains, NY - Dennis E. Reilly, 52, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Danbury, CT on February 22, 1961 the son of Edward and Marjorie (Cook) Reilly of Pine Plains, NY.

Dennis grew up in Pawling, NY and graduate from Pawling High School in 1979. He attended college at both Buffalo State University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Science Engineering Technology at Oklahoma State University in 1983.

He has worked in the fire sprinkler industry for over thirty years. Most recently Dennis was a project manager at SRI Fire Sprinkler in Naugatuck, CT.

Dennis's zest for life has touched many people and will be sorely missed by all.

On May 21, 1983 in Patterson, NY he married Kim (Fiorella) Reilly. She survives him at home.

In addition to his parents and wife survivors include two daughters, Megan and her husband Sheldon Osofsky of Pine Plains, NY; Alexandra Reilly of Pine Plains, NY; a son, Brendon Reilly of Pine Plains, NY; three granddaughters, Zoe, Olivia and Gemma Osofsky; four brothers, Patrick, Thomas, Timothy and Daniel.

He was predeceased by a sister, Maureen Cavanaugh.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 30, from 5 to 8 PM at the Peck & Peck Funeral Homes 7749 South Main St. Pine Plains, NY 12567.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday, August 31, at St. Christopher's Church, Red Hook, NY. with Fr. Patrick Buckley, officiating.

Interment will be private and at the convenience of family.
