Dennis V. Mullamphy

Dennis V. Mullamphy Sr., Aged 84, born and raised in the Bronx, transplanted to the Hudson Valley to raise his family. He died in his home of natural causes on the morning of January 18th , 2022.

Dennis Mullamphy was born on November 19, 1937 in the Bronx. He graduated from Manhattan Aviation School.

Dennis Mullamphy married Marie Devito on July 25, 1964.

A Veteran of the US Navy, he was honorably discharged and continued to serve the Bronx Community as a school-bus driver until he retired.

An avid boater, he enjoyed spending time with his family on the water.

Dennis Mullamphy is survived by his children, Cathy Laird and her Husband Kevin Laird of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, Dennis Mullamphy and his wife Deborah Mullamphy of Mt. Vernon, NY and Anthony Mullamphy and His wife Melissa Mullamphy of Holmes, NY. He is also survived by his grandchildren Mason, Nicole, Taylor, Leeana, Nolan, and Luke and great grandchild Aiden.

Visitation will be held to celebrate his life on Sunday January 23,2022, from 2pm to 6pm at Peck and Peck Funeral Home located at 8063 NY-22, Copake, NY 12516.

Interment with military honors will be held on Monday in Yorktown Heights.
