Charlene Anne Main

Charlene Anne Main, 65 of Copake, NY passed away on Sunday December 23, 2012 at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA

She was born on February 20, 1947 in Hudson, NY a daughter of the late Lee and Alice (McDarby) Smith.

A homemaker, she was a graduate of the former Roeliff Jansen High School in Hillsdale, NY.

Charlene enjoyed cooking, making baskets, doing ceramics, putting miles on her Lincoln, being part of various coffee clubs but most importantly taking care of her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

On June 25, 1966 in Hudson she married Lynn F. "Ken" Main who survives her at home in Copake.

In addition to her husband she leaves her son and daughter in law, Lyn Jr. and Heidi Main; a daughter Michelle Main of Copake and a daughter and son in law, Donna and Mike Barton of Ancramdale, NY. She also leaves her loving grandchildren, Mikey Barton, Kyle Barton and Ella Main along with a sister, Donna Mangam of Ghent, NY.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday December 29, 2012 at 11:00AM from the West Copake Reformed Church. The Rev. Dr. Robert Charnin, pastor will officiate.

Interment services will be at the convenience of the family.
