Arthur L. Curtis

Arthur L. Curtis, 51 of Hillsdale, NY passed away on Sunday August 22, 2010 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY.

He

was born on March 27, 1959 in Gt. Barrington, MA the son of the late Archie Curtis and Hazel (TenBroeck) Curtis - O'Hara.

Arthur was a graduate of Roeliff Jansen Central School and before his illness was employed as a farmer.

Survivors include his children, David Curtis of Hillsdale; Katie Welsh of Durham, NY; Jenna Curtis of Hillsdale and Jeremy Slater of Canton, NY. He also leaves 7 grandchildren; a brother Warren Curtis of Housatonic, MA; a sister, Barbara Smith of California and two step sisters, Debbie Prueter of Colorado and Diane Sullivan of Connecticut.

Art was pre deceased by his fiance Helen Slater and a brother, Langdon Curtis.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 27, 2010 at 11 AM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 8063 State Route 22 in Copake, NY.

Interment will follow in the Hillsdale Rural Cemetery.
