Alice F. Allgeier

MILLERTON, NY - Alice F. Allgeier, 69, of Millerton, New York passed away on Monday September 27, 2010 at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, New York.

She was born on March 30, 1941 in Hudson, New York, the daughter of Edith Stalker Dellea and the late George Funk.

Mrs. Allgeier was employed with the State of New York at Taconic D.D.S.O. in Wassaic, NY.

She was a former member of the Wassaic Ladies Auxillary.

Survivors include her mother, Edith Dellea of Massachusetts; five siblings,William Funk, James Dellea, Frank Dellea, Sandy Dellea and Susan "Tootie" Stalker; a daughter, Donna Smalls and her husband Richard of Dover Plains, NY; a son, Donald Weaver and his wife Diane of Millerton, NY; grandsons, Jason Watson and his wife Stacie, Billy Watson and his companion Ashley, Christopher Tanzella, and Justin, James and Josh Weaver; a granddaughter, Annmaree Tanzella and her companion Chris; and great-grandchildren, Shane, Davin, Connor and MaKenzsilea Watson.

She was predeceased by two husbands, Donald Weaver in 1991 and Conrad Allgeier in 2004.

Funeral services will be held on Friday October 1, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 8063 State Rt 22, Copake, NY. A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family.

Friends are invited and may call on Friday October 1, 2010 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
